Join us for a hands on cookery classes in a truly unique and intimate location in The Cookhouse in the heart of Borough Market.  Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cook, our team are here to offer their experience and guidance.

The morning session starts with warm pastries and Single origin Workshop coffee at Arabica Bar & Kitchen. The afternoon session kicks off at the cookhouse with some baklava and mint tea.

We'll be in Cookhouse which overlooks the buzzing Market, where you will produce an array of seasonal meze dishes featuring some of Arabica's  Herbs, spices and larder essentials like Freeke, preserved lemons, Wild sumac, pomegranate molasses and Za'atar.

The sessions conclude with an informal meal, enjoying the food you’ve cooked, served with Lebanese wine.
