Distilled at the historic Domaine des Tourelles winery in the heart of Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley, GinBey is the product of years of passion and precision by acclaimed winemaker Faouzi Issa.
This 40% Lebanese gin is infused with 14 carefully selected botanicals—from classic juniper and coriander seed to vibrant citrus, fragrant florals, and warming spices—all sustainably sourced from Lebanon’s diverse terroir. Some botanicals are steeped for 24 hours before distillation in traditional 400-litre copper stills. The resulting spirit is then rested in clay jars, a nod to ancient winemaking techniques, which lends GinBey its signature finesse, smoothness, and complexity.
