The Rathfinny 2018 Classic Cuvée is the third vintage of this renowned Sussex sparkling wine, crafted in the traditional method.
Made from a blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 17% Pinot Meunier and 18% Chardonnay, these hand-harvested grapes from the Rathfinny Vineyard are aged for 36 months in the bottle, producing a refined, elegant finish.
This crisp and balanced English sparkling wine is a perfect wine pairing for Mediterranean seafood, mezze platters and grilled meats.
