The third vintage of this celebrated Sussex sparkling wine, the Rathfinny 2018 Classic Cuvée is crafted using the traditional method for exceptional finesse and balance.
A blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 17% Pinot Meunier, and 18% Chardonnay, hand-harvested from the Rathfinny Estate and aged 36 months on the lees, it delivers a crisp, refined finish with delicate bubbles and layered complexity.
Beautifully balanced and refreshingly dry, it’s a perfect pairing for Mediterranean seafood, mezze platters, or grilled meats.
