Description

"Knafeh, kunafeh, konafa, spelt various ways is a popular iconic Middle-Eastern dessert known to have originated in the Palestinian city of Nablus.

Our ready-to-bake Turkish-style Kunefe is made from a layer of mild, stretchy cheese sandwiched between two layers of buttery chopped kadayif, vermicelli-like strands of filo pastry. Includes baking instructions, a generous helping of delicately perfumed mild syrup for ladling over before serving, ground pistachios and rose petals to add that final flourish.

Delicious served with a dollop of clotted cream or vanilla ice cream.
