Our ready-to-bake kunefe is made from a layer of mild, stretchy cheese sandwiched between two layers of buttery chopped kadayif—vermicelli-like strands of filo pastry. It includes baking instructions, a generous helping of delicately perfumed syrup for ladling over before serving, plus ground pistachios and rose petals for that final flourish.
