The Mother of Eau de Vie. Lebanon is reputed to produce the world’s finest arak.
Made with Cinsault and Obeidah, an indigenous grape varietal. Triple distilled with fresh green aniseed from Hina, in the foothills of Mount Hermon in Syria, and then matured for up to three years in traditional clay jars.
Traditionally served with water and chilled with ice, the ratio of arak to water is determined by one’s own taste. We recommend 1 part arak to 3 parts water. Naturally cleansing and invigorating, Arak rinses the palate and refreshes the taste buds between mouthfuls.
