Taking on Cinsault wines from around the world, this extraordinary Lebanese red wine is crafted from 70-year-old vines in the Bekaa Valley, showcasing the purest expression of Cinsault.
Cinsault has been cultivated in Lebanon since the mid-19th century but later made way for imported grape varieties. In 2014, Domaine des Tourelle set out to revive this historic grape by sourcing very old vines and fermenting the wine in concrete tanks using wild yeasts, resulting in an authentic, unfiltered wine.
