Arabica was born out of a passion for the food of the levant - the sun-drenched lands of the eastern Mediterranean


We’ve travelled extensively through the fertile valleys, mountain villages and vibrant cities of Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Turkey, Palestine, and Israel to source the finest middle eastern ingredients. We draw inspiration from a culinary kaleidoscope of delicacies discovered on our adventures, to recreate the deliciousness that epitomise the breadth of flavours, colours and textures of one of the world’s most exciting food cultures.
