Our authentic blend of chickpeas, tahini, extra virgin olive oil and lemon has remained unchanged since 1999, when we first sold it from an 8 ft trestle table at Borough Market in London.
Unlike many long-shelf-life alternatives, we never use cheap oils to bulk it out—just high-quality ingredients carefully balanced to create a smooth, creamy texture and rich, nutty flavour.
Perfect as a dip, spread, or side dish, this staple of Middle Eastern food is best enjoyed with warm flatbreads, crunchy vegetables, or drizzled with more olive oil and a sprinkle of Za'atar.
