Description
The Rathfinny 2018 Classic Cuvée is the third vintage of this classic, ‘house-style’ Sussex Sparkling, made in the traditional method from a blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 17% Pinot Meunier and 18% Chardonnay grapes grown and hand-harvested on the Rathfinny Wine Estate, aged for 36 months in the bottle.
