Basra Date Syrup, also known as date molasses or date honey, is made from 100% natural date juice, slow-cooked until thick and treacly. With its deep caramel-like flavor and rich dried-fruit sweetness, this dark, velvety syrup is a staple in Middle Eastern cuisine.

Used in traditional drinks like Jallab, when mixed with rosewater and sparkling water, it also enhances dressings, marinades, and desserts. Perfect for drizzling over yogurt, pancakes, or roasted vegetables, date syrup is a naturally sweet alternative to refined sugar.
