Description
Dukkah, pronounced doo-kah and meaning “to pound” in Arabic, is an Egyptian condiment that's both crunchy and aromatic, and infinitely versatile.
Our earthy middle-eastern mix, blended from roasted, stone-ground wheat and toasted sesame seeds is made by an artisanal women's co-operative in the fertile valleys of Ajloun, Jordan.
