Harissa is a hot chilli paste native to the Maghreb region of North Africa, also known as the Barbary Coast. Common across North African and Middle Eastern cuisine, this fiery condiment varies from house to house and region to region.
Our fresh harissa paste blends Scotch bonnet chillies, tomatoes and aromatic spices, creating a bold, complex flavour for those who like things spicy.
Use this harissa sauce to spike soups, tagines and stews, or serve it as a condiment with kebabs, grilled meats and fish.
