Description
A soft middle-eastern style cream cheese made by straining yoghurt overnight. Creamy and slightly tangy; its delicious drizzled with olive oil, a sprinkling of za’atar with hot pitta breads for dunking.
Try it as a swap for regular cream cheese, dollop onto baked sweet potatoes, dunk your veggie fritters, spread into sandwiches or wraps or enjoy as part of a middle eastern meze with hummus, smoky Baba ghanoush and crunchy pickles.
