Unio Muscat (Moscatel) Vinegar is crafted using the slow, cold Schützenbach fermentation method, preserving the fragrant honey and apricot notes of Muscat grapes. Sourced from Catalonian vineyards near Reus, Spain, this vinegar offers a beautifully balanced sweetness and acidity, making it a versatile addition to your kitchen.
