These authentic small Chios Mastiha natural mastic gum tears, sourced from the Pistacia lentiscus shrub, are a prized Mediterranean resin with a distinctive pine-like flavour and subtle anise notes.

Traditionally harvested in Greece, mastic is used in baked goods, ice creams, marinades, and liqueurs, adding depth to both sweet and savoury dishes.

Renowned for its digestive and oral health benefits, this aromatic ingredient has been cherished for centuries in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.
