Sharwarma-style Lamb shoulder: Lamb - Marinade [Water, red wine vinegar (sulphites), orange, lemon, tahini (sesame seed paste), salt, black pepper, spiced]

Tahini sauce:  Tahini (sesame seed paste) - water, salt, citric acid, garlic 

Pickled Cucumber: Cucumbers - water - spirit vinegar - salt - chilli - bay leaf - spices

Chilli Sauce: Water, tomato, chilli flakes, Vinegar (sulphites), salt 

Sumac: Sumac berries

Khobez Bread: Wheat flour - water - yeast - sugar - salt

We offer FREE delivery throughout the UK mainland on orders of £75+.

We deliver nationwide within the UK mainland (excludes Jersey, Scottish Highlands & Islands) every Tuesday and Friday via our trusted delivery partner DPD. You will receive an email/text from DPD with an ETA for your delivery. 

Specialist Woolcool packaging is used to ensure your delivery remains cool and arrives in perfect condition.

Order cut-off is Monday at midnight for Friday delivery and Thursday at midnight for Tuesday delivery.
